Updated 'FAQ' and 'Adding PHP Support'

The new version of PHP (4.2.0) introduced many changes. Consequently, the FAQ (at http://www.aprelium.com/abyssws/faq.html ) and Adding PHP Support (at http://www.aprelium.com/abyssws/php.html ) have been updated.
The modifications concern the addition of REDIRECT_STATUS and SystemRoot to the CGI Environment variables in order to have PHP work without complaints.
