Yes, I believe I have set my hostname. To clarify, what I am doing is finding the laptop's public IP by using ipconfig and the using
that IP for attempting to view my webpages. In theory this should work, but so far it has not (except for the default webpage that comes with the server set-up).
If you set a hostname, you MUST use the host name for accessing the site therwise you get error 403.
For an IP only access, you'll have to remove the host name and have the host reported as "Default hot on port XX".
Alternatively, have the hostname properly associated to the IP so that normal processing happens when you use the URL with that host name.
