How can I get PHP work on Abyss Web Server?

I have a problem. I can't get my PHP-scripts work. When I douple-clicked on index.php -icon (when I didn't have an own server), I have to download it from my own computer. I asked about it in IRC, and someone told me that I need a server-program. Then I found Abyss Web Server and I downloaded it because it's so small. I tried to open index.php on my server now but it still didn't work. I've tried all the possible ways to get PHP work, but it never works. So, now I am here to ask: How to get PHP work on my server?
PS: I don't know has this anythingo to do with my problem, but I have Windows 95. :/

What's working wrong ? "Doesn't work" isn't enough to know how to help you ?

That's wrong. I'm sorry about the language, it's Finnish. My Windows isn't English version. Well, I think you understand what that picture means; I always have to download my PHP-scripti from MY VERY OWN HARD DISK! If I click OK, I get the same window. If I click OK again I get that window again... etc... That's my problem at this moment.[/img]

Oh, I get it, you run PHP scripts from the htdocs-dir, you msut put it in htdocs and run it at:
http://YOURIP/filename.php
