digi The current deployment of our Abyss websserver (the 2x version, v2.11.1) becomes unreachable at seemingly random occasions. What we have noted is that when the webserver is not reachable, it is also not reachable via the webinterface on the local host, which makes us think it is not an issue with our network, but one with the machine itself or the abyss server. A bit of more information: We run multiple hosts on the same machine, all become unreachable at the same time, but restarting one of them while cause all of them to become reachable once again. We have looked at the windows event viewer, but we have not seen any errors that are likely related to the issue at hand. If any kind forum member or administrators are willing to give us any pointers or suggestions to solve this issue, then it would be greatly appriciated.
admin digi, This looks like the antihacking system in action. If one of your sites has some broken links or if your antihacking parameters in Abyss Web Server are too strict, a simple visit to your sites will ban your IP and the server won't accept any connection from it for some time. For a better diagnosis, please send your abyss.conf file for review to our technical support by email and do not forget to add a quick reference to the current forum post.
digi Dear Admin, Thank you for the quick response. I have pmed you the abyss.conf (i redacted some information out for security purposes) what I can say in public here however is that our antihacking system says its not enabled according to the config, so that technically should't cause any issues if im correct.
