URL redirection to HTTPS

If someone enters 'MyURL' into their browser, http://'MyURL' arrives. I have configured the server for HTTPS, therefore, that request fails. How can I convert that request to https://'MyURL' or force the server to treat it as HTTPS?
I found solved posts about this in the forum but they are dated back to 2012. The forms and fields required to complete I cannot find, so I cannot make this work. I also found this Aprilium instruction https://aprelium.com/abyssws/articles/using-dual-hosting.html. Here in the general settings it states "Press Edit next to Advanced Configuration". But, there is no Advanced Configuration - just Advanced Parameters and no Exclusively Serve On HTTPS required to select.
Could someone please point me in the right direction?

Hi fhutt.
Go to your console. ( http://YourServerIP:9999 )
Click 'Configure' on the host you're trying to change.
Click 'General'.
Under Advanced Parameters, click 'Edit'.
Under 'Exclusively Serve On HTTPS', click 'Add'.
For Virtual Path, put in just an asterisk (*).
Click OK.
Save and restart server.
This will automatically redirect any non-HTTPS requests to HTTPS.

This is my problem.
Under Advanced Parameters, click 'Edit'.
Then on the new page there is no 'Exclusively Serve On HTTPS'.
I am using Abyss X1 V2.12.1 under Windows 7.
Edit: I found it. It is only available when HTTP + HTTPS are selected and restarted.
