This error has to do with your PHP configuration.
All you have to do is to edit your php.ini file with any text editor such as Notepad (php.ini it is usually inside the PHP setup directory) and locate the line starting with:

allow_url_include=

Then set it to:

allow_url_include=On

Save the file and restart the Web server to ensure that PHP is reloaded with the new configuration.[/code]
