How long does it usually take to get a response from priority support?
I just purchased my license of x2 and I failed to write down my product key and sent an email to priority support so until I get a response from them I'm stuck and can't use x2.

I've always got a response within a day. Of course the time you send them an email could affect their response time due to timezone differences and the potentially slow speed of email.
Aprelium is in Tunisia which in my case (the US) is more than an 8 hour time difference.
