pkSML Congratualtions on getting your server to work! You could start by posting a picture and the specs of your server. My server: http://calvarybucyrus.org/server
mitchsb It's not top of the line, but here are the specs on my server. CPU: AMD Athlon 64 3800+ Motherboard: Elite NFORCE6M-A Memory: 2gb Video: NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GS w/512mb memory Network Card: Realtek RTL8168/8111 PCI-E Gigabit (built in) Router: D-Link DI-524 OS: Windows XP Hard Drive: WD 18gb (the one that runs the server and is accessible)
pkSML Those aren't bad specs! Mine runs on an old 1.5 gHz P4 w/ 640 MB RAM. Are you using this PC as a dedicated server?

I don't enough extra parts nor the money to put together a dedicated server. But, I will as soon as I can. I don't like using my everyday computer for this purpose.
rrinc You can get by on some pretty bare specs. For a time I ran my server on a 500Mhz Pentium 3 with 192MB RAM. Right now I have: Celeron E1200 1.6Ghz (kinda weak, but its dual core) 2GB RAM 120GB Hard Drive
Moxxnixx Hmm, www.mitchel-brown.com says it's running Apache. ww2.mitchel-brown.com:82 says it's running Abyss. Edit: Now it's running IIS.
