I redesigned my website

The idea was to have a feature-rich design that uses minimal graphics (the template itself doesn't use any graphics). Its also being powered by my own CMS that is starting to shape up.
The whole website was made in Notepad++and is being served by Abyss X2.
What do you think?

Thanks, and you're welcome to a copy once I decide its ready for public release. I'm trying to make a system that uses an XML file for the page layout, like so:

<leftblock>[p:links]</leftblock>
<centerblock>[PAGE]</centerblock>
<centerblock>[p:advertisement]</centerblock>

Something like that, once I get that feature completed...its pretty much finished.
