I'm running X1 2.0.0.20 for about five months now, without any problems, until someone posted a link to part of my website on some message board.
The bad link is to http://www.marisan.nl/seti/index.htm/ (watch the slash at the end!). It seems Abyss is acting like /index.htm/ is a folder. Hmm.. hard to explain.. look at part of my logfile:

It can't find the file because it's /seti/boinc-443-sse2.zip, and it is linked properly in index.htm. It reloads the faulty link (including the slash at the end) again.
Also any links to other pages on my website are resulting in a 404 error, because Abyss thinks it's in a subfolder of /seti/ . Look at my log:

The first two 404's (Index.html) are linked to as ../Index.html , but Abyss thinks it's in the /seti/index.htm/ folder and goes back to /seti/, instead of going back to /
The second 404 is linked to as ../windowcolor/windowcolor.html
The third 404 is linked to as ../links/index.html
I don't know if I make any sense.. english is not my native language. :)
Otherwise, just try and see what happens.
If you go to http://www.marisan.nl/seti/ or http://www.marisan.nl/seti/index.htm everything works as it should.
If you go to http://www.marisan.nl/seti/index.htm/ then the links to files and other pages are acting like they are linked to from a subfolder of /seti/
Hopefully there's a solution for this.. I put a small workaround on the index.htm, hoping visitors will click on it once they encounter this error.
